Russian Urban Mobility Week (RUMW) is the key annual congress and exhibition event for Russia’s public transport industry, bringing together government officials, transport operators, engineers, and international experts to address the challenges of modern urban mobility. The 2026 edition will take place from September 29 to October 1, 2026, in Moscow, at the Main Stage venue near Volgogradsky Prospekt metro station.
A Shift in Timing and Venue
Originally scheduled for June 9-11 at the VDNH Exhibition Centre, the event has been moved to the autumn business season. This strategic shift allows exhibitors to showcase products developed during the spring-summer period, which will form the basis for procurement contracts concluding in the second half of 2026 and first half of 2027. The rescheduling also enables transport enterprises and suppliers to use their time and resources more efficiently amid the current economic environment.

1. ElectroTrans 2026 — The anchor event of the week, now in its 15th edition. This is Russia’s premier international exhibition for electric mobility, focusing on “zero-emission” solutions including electric buses, trams, trolleybuses, metro rolling stock, charging infrastructure, and power storage devices.
2. CityBus 2026 — Dedicated specifically to bus transport, this exhibition highlights vehicles for urban, suburban, and intercity routes. Key areas of focus include low-floor accessibility, climate control systems (essential for Russian winters), and rolling stock durability. Over 80 companies participated in 2025.
3. Electronica-Transport 2026 — The 19th edition of this specialised exhibition focuses on IT solutions, on-board electronics, navigation systems, security equipment, and communications for passenger transport and transport infrastructure.

The event typically attracts over 3,500 experts from more than 1,000 companies across Russia and internationally, with representatives from Belarus, Kazakhstan, China, South Korea, India, and other countries. More than 140 exhibiting companies are expected, alongside 40+ speakers from over 8 countries. The exhibition is supported by the Russian Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Industry and Trade, State Duma Transport Committee, and the Government of Moscow.
