Russia’s Premier Exhibition for Stage, Studio, and AV Technology
Light + Audio Tec is Russia’s only professional exhibition dedicated to lighting, sound, stage equipment, video technologies, digital signage, and audio-visual solutions for the corporate sector. The 2026 edition will take place from September 15-17, 2026 at the Timiryazev Centre in Moscow.
A Strategic Union Reshaping the Industry
A major development for 2026 is the strategic merger between the exhibition’s organiser Gefera Media and AV Club, the creator of the AV FOCUS forum series. The Moscow AV FOCUS forum will now be fully integrated into Light + Audio Tec, creating a single, unified industry platform.
According to Ekaterina Timoshchenko, Director of AV Club, Gefera Media’s portfolio of exhibitions covers key economic sectors, “creating the opportunity for AV Club to systematically work with audiences that drive demand for multimedia solutions across various sectors”. Sofya Bolshakova, Show Director of Light + Audio Tec, noted that the integration “will give new momentum and energy” to the development of ProAV within the exhibition structure.
This merger brings together a comprehensive range of solutions — from corporate and educational spaces to shopping centres, concert venues, cultural institutions, and infrastructure projects, including building management and automation systems.
Exhibition Scale and Impact
The 2025 edition at Crocus Expo demonstrated the event’s substantial growth: 214 exhibitors, over 15,000 square metres of exhibition space (22% more than the previous year), and 13,478 unique visitors over three days. Participation spanned 26 Russian regions and 3 countries.
The 2026 edition will see the exhibition move to the Timiryazev Centre, with professional equipment occupying the Vavilov and Chayanov halls, and musical instruments located in the entrance registration area.
