Heat Treatment

Russia’s Premier Exhibition for Thermal Technologies

The 19th International Specialized Exhibition “Heat Treatment 2026” will take place from September 16-18, 2026 at Pavilion 57 of the VDNH Exhibition Centre in Moscow. Organised by Mir-Expo Exhibition Company, this event is recognised as Russia’s only specialised exhibition for thermal equipment and technologies.

Exhibition Overview

Held annually, Heat Treatment has established itself as the central platform for the thermal processing industry in Russia. The exhibition showcases modern thermal and chemical-thermal equipment, components, refractories, thermal insulation, and diagnostic instruments from leading global and domestic manufacturers.

In 2025, the exhibition featured 68 key manufacturers from Russia, Belarus, Italy, China, Turkey, and Iran. Notable exhibitors have included internationally recognised companies such as NAKAL, PVA TePla, Schmetz, B.M.I. Fours Industriels, Ipsen, SECO/Warwick, ALD Vacuum Technologies, Rubig, Swiss Group, and KANTHAL.

Key Exhibition Sections

The exhibition covers a comprehensive range of equipment and materials for thermal processing:

  • Industrial Furnaces: Heating electric furnaces (chamber, shaft, insulated, with roll-out hearth), vacuum furnaces, and laboratory muffle furnaces
  • Induction Equipment: Induction heating systems, frequency converters, and transformers
  • Thermal and Chemical-Thermal Equipment: For annealing, hardening, tempering, carbonitriding, carburising, boriding, brazing, sintering, and MIM
  • Vacuum Technology: Vacuum furnaces, pumps, gauges, valves, and gas flow regulators
  • Refractories and Insulation: High-temperature thermal insulation materials, lining systems, laminated fabrics, and carbon materials
  • Measurement and Control: Spectrometers, pyrometers, thermocouples, hardness testing equipment, and nondestructive testing instruments
  • Supporting Equipment: Cooling systems (cooling towers and chillers), industrial washing machines, nitrogen/oxygen/hydrogen plants, and compressor equipment
  • Automation and Robotics: Robotic systems for welding, cutting, bending, milling, and coating applications
  • Materials: Technical fluids, lubricants, graphite products, and heat-resistant steel castings

Conference Programme

The exhibition is accompanied by the “Innovative Technologies of Heat Treatment” conference. Participants present reports on current developments and technological solutions for the modernisation of production facilities.

Audience and Industry Impact

Heat Treatment attracts specialists from across the industrial spectrum, including representatives from metallurgy, the oil and gas sector, aviation and space industries, defence, transport, and scientific research institutions.
