BUYBRAND Expo 2026 Moscow, Russia
September 29th – October 1st, 2026

BUYBRAND Expo

Russia’s Premier Franchise and Investment Exhibition

BUYBRAND, the leading international franchise exhibition in Russia and the CIS, will hold its 24th edition from September 29 to October 1, 2026, at the Timiryazev Centre in Moscow. As the largest event of its kind in the region, BUYBRAND serves as the primary marketplace for entrepreneurs, investors, and franchisors to connect, evaluate opportunities, and sign deals.

A 24-Year Legacy of Business Growth

Founded in 2003, BUYBRAND has established itself as a trusted platform where business decisions are made on facts, not promises. The exhibition’s tagline reflects this philosophy: “We don’t sell dreams — we help businesses grow”. With a proven track record of connecting franchisors with qualified investors, BUYBRAND is recognised as the key event for Russia’s franchise industry.

Exhibition Scale and Impact

The 2025 edition demonstrated the event’s significant market impact. It attracted 5,086 visitors and brought together 164 franchisors from 15 regions of Russia and several foreign countries, including Belarus, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, Turkey, and China.

For 2026, the exhibition is expected to feature 170+ exhibitors, representing a wide range of franchises with investment requirements ranging from 0.6 to 300+ million rubles. The event draws entrepreneurs and investors from over 50 countries, reflecting its international significance.

New for 2026: Smart Investment Segmentation

A key innovation for the 2026 edition is the introduction of colour-coded segmentation to streamline the networking and decision-making process. Visitors receive badges colour-coded to their investment level, while exhibitor stands are similarly marked, allowing for instant identification of relevant opportunities.

The four investment tiers are:

  • “Start” (1-7 million rubles): First-time entrepreneurs launching a single location
  • “Development” (7-15 million rubles): Experienced business owners ready to open 2-3 locations
  • “Scale” (15-40 million rubles): Investors pursuing multi-unit or exclusive territorial rights
  • “Capital” (40+ million rubles): Commercial property owners, funds, and holding companies seeking capital-intensive formats such as hotels, fitness centres, and master franchises

This segmentation saves significant time for both visitors and exhibitors, ensuring that negotiations happen between parties with aligned investment expectations.

New international debuts in 2025 included SubJoy (replacing Subway), Metta (Russian office chair manufacturer), and Rendez-Vouz shoe chain.

Business Programme and Speakers

The 2026 edition features over 110 speakers across two forum streams, covering practical business topics rather than abstract theories. Notable past speakers have included Nikita Airapetov (CFO of Burger King), Nelly Fortunatova (Head of Analytics at Azbuka Vkusa), and economist Evgeny Nadorshin.

Key programme elements include:

  • Two-stream forum for beginners and experienced franchise professionals
  • “Franchisor School” — a two-day intensive (September 29-30) covering business readiness diagnostics, common franchise packaging mistakes, and partner training systems
  • Business breakfast for major franchisors and potential partners

Collaborative Format with VERSOUS
